We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover. Please check your emails, as even the emails from the past couple of days should be delivered to your customers now. You can check for this by going to Reports > Automated Emails.
We have identified that for some of our Users, order email confirmations are not sending. We are currently looking into why this has occurred. Further updates will be shown here as we move forward.
